About Us

Together, The Community Hospice, and Samaritan Hospital & The Eddy Foundation will raise funds to support programs and services provided by The Community Hospice in Rensselaer County.

Wherever your loved one may be—in their own home, a local nursing home, or the hospital, we are there to help. Our staffs’ special kind of care focuses on allowing patients to live with dignity, where and how they want to live, and with the best quality of life possible.
